The 6-step sales process
1.plot visit

- Presentation of floor plans

- Payment of a reservation deposit (CHF 150,000) to a dedicated notary.
- Receipt of confirmation from Naef Prestige Knight Frank and acknowledgement of receipt of funds from notary
- Pre-approval of bank financing
3.Financing
- Financing study with the financial institution of your choice
