The 6-step sales process

1.plot visit

  • Getting to know the environment
  • Explanation of the location of each Hôtel Particulier
  • Presentation of floor plans
  • Transmission of all project documents (land division, description of work, etc.)

2Reserving a private hotel

  • Booking form Naef Prestige | Knight Frank
  • Payment of a reservation deposit (CHF 150,000) to a dedicated notary.
  • Receipt of confirmation from Naef Prestige Knight Frank and acknowledgement of receipt of funds from notary
  • Pre-approval of bank financing

3.Financing

  • Financing study with the financial institution of your choice
  • Pre-approval of bank financing

4.commitment

  • Promise to purchase signed at the notary's office
  • Payment of 20% of the purchase price

5.interior fittings

  • Possible changes to plans
  • Validation of electrical drawings
  • Validation of kitchen and bathroom choices
  • Choice of floor and wall coverings
  • Payment of any capital gains

6.delivery / sale

  • Bank financing approved
  • Hôtel Particulier reception
  • Payment of the balance
  • Signing of the deed of sale with the notary, Etude Bernasconi et Terrier
  • Handing over the keys
